More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been in two programs at my highscool. One Ready Set Teach, I was an assistant teacher to a kinder and 4th grade class and loved it so much. I Am also currently in pals and have 3 of my own elementary buddies to be a friend to. I work with special need kiddos often and have experience with that field as well. I love to volunteer at my local church in the childcare programs that they offer. I used to “work” at a family members at home daycare and had the most fun ever where I gained more experience working with children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do whatever my kids like to when I sit for them! Past things I’ve done that I really enjoyed were playing with chalk, sports outside, going out and running errands, baking, drawing, reading bed time stories, watching my kids play video games, and I could go on and name so much more.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe being a nanny is so important to the kids. While parents are gone or away they have someone to be able to play with and do fun things. I have taught so many kids from an infants first steps to watching some of my kids graduate from 5th grade. It’s amazing to see them all grow up and I was apart of that journey and a memory to their life. It’s so important to me that we are all family. I even will get invited to events that my kids have and invite them to mine as well.

My experience with special needs children...

Pals has given me the amazing opportunity to be able to work with special needs kids. I often will go to ALE events my school host to cheer on my buddies 💗 I’ve been to a few events my friend would host called Unified and played with all of the kids. Best time

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love bringing my kids gifts for holidays/bdays/easter ect and seeing how lit up their face gets. I feel so honored to be able to be a babysitter and call these kids a friend. I love when they hug me and tell me “ms nevaeh your the best babysitter ever” it’s the best feeling in the world and makes my day
