Hi, I'm Nia (she/her) a Black, queer, cisgender woman. I am in graduate school to become a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Sex Therapy specialization. Rarely without a project, my works in progress include: learning how to be a good ancestor, practicing Español, sudoku puzzles, unlearning white supremacy culture, questioning systems of oppression, prioritizing platonic relationships, and challenging myself to go toward the sticky yet inextricable parts of what it means to live in community.

I am currently a date night sitter for a 4-year old and am both CPR and 1st Aid Certified. In terms of my care as a nanny/babysitter, consent, respect, and bodily autonomy are always present. My practice involves setting firm boundaries while allowing children to safely explore the world.
