My name is Nichole and I've been working with children over 3 years. I always try to match the energy of the kids at the time. If we're lower energy, I'll match where we are. If we want to run around outside and engage in imaginative play, I'll put my improv skills to the test to match their energy. I really do care about the well being of the child, so things like maintaining water intake and food with basic needs are so important to me that they're taken care of with care, compassion, empathy, and patience. I am always eager to find ways to having learning opportunities in between play as well. Having worked with autistic children for these 3 years has shown me ways in which I could also incorporate naturalistic ways to teach them through fun and engaging play. I am open to working with all ages.
