I believe that the most part about being a nanny in ensuring the children feel safe and comfortable as well as making sure the parents feel safe and comfortable leaving the children with the nanny. Being responsible and caring is super important as well!
My experience with special needs children...
I have been around special needs children quite a lot in my teenage years. My mother worked with special needs children and adults in which they would come to our home and stay with us for certain periods of the week. I would say I have decent experience in working with and nannying special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was caring for 3 boys under 3 and we were all watching cars. The oldest boy started to dance to some music and coincidentally we all began dancing and laughing.
