My favorite nanny moment was seeing a child I cared for accomplish something they had been working on and feeling so proud of themselves. Whether it was learning a new skill, saying new words, or completing a small task on their own, it was so rewarding to be part of that moment. Seeing their confidence grow and knowing I helped support that made the experience really special for me.
