I have been babysitting since I was 13, I have worked with kids aged newborn all the way to teenage years. I was a paraprofessional for about a year in [phone number hidden] working in the special education department. I also was a teachers aide for the 1st grade classrooms. I have experience as a summer camp counselor for kids ages 5-17. In 2019 I worked at a daycare in the 0-3 year old rooms.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The children's safety both physically and mentally/emotionally. If we are out and about or even just chilling at home, the kid's never leave my sight. And emotionally, I want any child who I care for to know that when I am around it is a safe space and they can come talk to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...
A little boy I was nannying was 2 at the time. We went to the park and he just thought the swing was so hilarious. I have never heard a kid laugh so much. The pure, genuine, absolute joy across his face made the whole job worthwhile.
