I've volunteered for Girls in the Game, which is a program aimed at teaching nutrition and healthy lifestyles to young children across the city. I've also volunteered at Chicago Public Libraries helping toddler and young kids get into books.

I love playing sports outside with the kids. I also have found a few spots with indoor play areas. The zoo, libraries, and even some child cafe's are fun to experience with the kids because I like to be very hands on.

I've worked with families who had children with ADHD as well as some anger issues but after spending a few days with them, things got less rocky and more stable as far as taking care of them went.

My favorite nanny moment was when my latest family came back from vacation and their 2 year old was so happy to see me when they got back. The baby is only fluent in french and has been for as long as I've been her nanny but at this moment, the language barrier didnt matter because the baby remembered me and missed me.
