Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Arts and crafts is a go to activity , I like to encourage children to be creative. It encourages a lot of imagination . Music and dance is also encouraged. I do a lot of singing and dancing which helps the mind and body work together . Dancing is also great for motor skills . It’s an opportunity to burn energy and be silly which kids ultimately love. Walks around the neighborhood are also fun especially paired with a nature scavenger hunt. Trips to the park to play is another go to activity because it also encourages social interaction with other children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is giving the child confidence and instilling the importance of self love. Being a nanny I’m a key component in the child’s development, watching them grow and progress under my care is very rewarding. I’m responsible for their safety and well being and it is something I take great pride in doing.
