"When Nicole first started with us our older son was 2.5 yo and then we had our second. She understands children and could connect with my son on his level. She is kind, funny and silly. She is extremely patient and was with us through toddler limit testing, potty training, and jealousy over a new sibling which she handled with ease and understanding. She independently sought out educational activities including work books, reading and crafts. Pre-COVID she took my son out to the park, library, zoo etc and classes (music, art and gymnastics). She is organized and never misses a beat. When my second son was born, she was just as loving and caring with him. She focused on his development doing infant activities. Nicole is very focused on safety and extremely responsible. I never had to worry about my children. It is amazing how in such a short time, Nicole became such an integral part of our family.
