I have a good amount of experience working with differently abled children, and specifically children on the autism spectrum as a nanny and assistant teacher.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have so many favorite nanny moments it is hard to point out just one! One of them would be helping one of my kids with memorizing his script for a Mary Poppins play, then getting to watch the opening show! It was a proud nanny moment. Another one of my favorite moments would be nannying an infant from 6 months until 18 months and getting to see the baby take his first steps! I cried right alongside mom.
