Being patient, attentive, and adaptable to each child’s unique needs is key, as is fostering their growth, curiosity, and independence while also maintaining clear boundaries and routines.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was working with a family for three years and having the opportunity to see a child grow and develop over time. Being part of their daily life and watching their personality, confidence, and abilities evolve was incredibly special and rewarding. It meant a lot to build that long-term bond and contribute to their development in a positive way.
