The most important thing about being a nanny is providing security for a family's little ones. Making sure the babies are fed/napped and changed timely and making sure they are happy while the parents are not able to attend to them. Being available when needed.

I have worked with special needs children at the elementary and high school levels.

The most important part about being a nanny...

kids are all so different but I do enjoy when kids are comfortable and feel free to be themselves. Some kids take time to warm up and I find that charming. I remember silly times and kids telling me I wish I could play with them all the time or just asking me complex questions that are hard to answer but make me laugh.
