The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment for the children. It’s important that they feel secure and supported every day. I also believe building a strong relationship with both the children and the parents is essential, so there is good communication and consistency. Supporting the children’s growth, development, and daily routine is something I take very seriously.

One of my favorite moments as a nanny is watching children grow and reach milestones, especially when I’ve been part of their daily routine. For example, I’ve helped children learn how to read, develop confidence in school, and become more independent over time. It’s very rewarding to see their progress and know I played a role in their development. I also love creating fun and meaningful experiences through play, outings, and everyday activities.
