Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I grew up babysitting my Mom's friend's kids and took care of all of my younger sister's friends while our parents were busy. I've grown up around kids of all ages and am very comfortable around children. I love taking care of kids and I've had over 5 years of being around kids all of the time.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to help kids with their schooling like math, grammar, geography and many more as well as art projects, playing inside/outside, reading, helping them with chores, helping with cooking/baking and going out on fun little adventures! Going to the playground is so fun and important for kids to see other kids, so I'd love to take them out to play as well! Going to the zoo to learn about animals or going to a museum would be so fun for both the kids and I!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think being nanny is so important for both the parents and the children. The parents should feel a sense of relief and comfort with the person watching their very special children. The kids should feel safe and at peace with their nanny because they become a part of the family and almost like a second mother.. Someone they look up to and help them grow up!
My experience with special needs children...
I don't have much experience, but I believe every child was made perfectly in the eyes of our Lord, so I would definitely practice my patience and try my hardest!
