More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
One of my most relevant experiences caring for children has been providing one-on-one care in both home and community settings. I have supported children by supervising their daily routines, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, organizing educational and recreational activities, transporting them safely to appointments and activities, and ensuring they were always in a safe, nurturing environment.
I have also cared for children with special needs, providing patient, compassionate, and individualized support while encouraging their independence and development. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of being dependable, attentive, and maintaining open communication with parents to ensure each child’s needs are met.
These roles have strengthened my ability to create a positive, structured, and caring environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and physically.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing a variety of fun and educational activities with children that help them learn, build confidence, and stay active. Some of my favorite activities include reading books, arts and crafts, coloring, puzzles, singing songs, dancing, and imaginative play. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as going to the park, riding bikes, playing sports, nature walks, and playing games that encourage teamwork and creativity.
For younger children, I like incorporating sensory play, story time, and age-appropriate learning activities that support their development. For older children, I enjoy helping with homework, baking simple recipes together, science experiments, board games, and creative projects. Most importantly, I tailor activities to each child’s age, interests, and developmental needs while ensuring they are having fun in a safe and nurturing environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel valued, respected, and cared for. A nanny is not only responsible for meeting a child’s daily needs but also for helping them grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
I believe the most important qualities are patience, trustworthiness, communication, and understanding each child as an individual. Building a strong relationship with the child and maintaining open communication with parents are essential to providing the best possible care.

My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children with special needs, including children with developmental and speech delays. In my role, I provided patient, compassionate, and individualized care based on each child’s unique needs and abilities. I assisted with daily routines, encouraged communication and social interaction, supported learning through structured activities and play, and helped promote independence while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Working with children with special needs has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, flexibility, and positive reinforcement. I believe every child deserves to feel valued, respected, and supported, and I take pride in building trusting relationships with both the child and their family to help them thrive.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are the small milestones that show a child is growing, learning, and becoming more confident. One of the most rewarding experiences for me is seeing a child overcome a challenge, learn a new skill, or accomplish something they have been working toward.
I especially cherish the moments when a child begins to trust me, feels comfortable expressing themselves, and knows they are supported and cared for. Whether it is helping a child learn something new, seeing their excitement during an activity, or watching their personality shine, those moments remind me why I love caring for children.
