A little bit about me

I’m 26 years old. I have been working in the childcare field since i was 18 years old. I started out working at a group home facility with youth ranging from ages 5 to 22 as a 1:1 aide.I have worked in public schools’ special education program with 3rd & 4th graders as a classroom aide and I currently work in a daycare center as a Classroom instructional aide with infants/toddlers ages 6 months to 3 years old. Although I currently love the job that i do I am looking to venture into nannying for a loving and welcoming family. I have always had a passion for working with children following in my mother’s footsteps. I believe children bring joy to life as someone who myself does not have any. I enjoy dancing, doing art projects and walks outside in nice weather. I believe that if I can make an impact in at least one child’s life that is the greatest gift i can give to this world. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a 1:1 aide, a classroom aide & a daycare classroom aide helping in creating lesson plans, planning and implementing curriculum and activities for the children as well as hands on working with children helping them with school work, potty training as social skills.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy dancing with the children, doing art projects and playing in the park. Watching movies or educational videos such as Ms.Rachel are also great for children allowed screen time.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe that all children should be cared for and loved as a nanny. I am passionate about helping children grow in every aspect i can be a part of and teaching them that there are so may ways to grow and learn while also having fun.

I have worked with children with developmental difficulties and diagnosed children with Autism and Adhd.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite memories with the children Ive worked with include those where children in the facilities I've been employed randomly come and feel comfortable enough to give me hugs and watching the infant/toddlers take their first steps or learn their first words.
