My experience with special needs children...
Have been working very close with Children with Autism and their families for the past 4 years at all inclusive child care center . Being a Lead it was my responsibility to help make care plans and introduce behavioral management techniques to parents. I have experience with non verbal and verbal children, both potty trained and not ! Before moving to Colorado I would Nanny for an 11 year old boy with both epilepsy and autism.
