A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Odette Benes and I am a full time grad student, I am getting my masters in Deaf Education to work with children who have a hearing loss.

For the past three years, I’ve worked with children as young as 9 months (providing EI services with families through zoom) to preschoolers, elementary, middle and highschool students.

I’ve worked with autistic children, ADHD kiddos, and DHH children as well as typical children. I’ve worked as a 1:1 ABA service provider, afterschool site coordinator for a k to 8, substitute teacher at a highschool and as a Teacher’s Assistant in a specialized preschool and middle school program.

Currently I am not working full time at the DHH preschool as am I obtaining my masters to be fully licensed, but I still want to service and help families with their little ones !

I love anime and Game of Thrones, I’m a cat mom to two fur babies, and I’m a proud Dominican American ! I hope you consider me for working with your beautiful family !
