I am a 15 year old girl who has taken care of children for many years. I have 2 younger sibling who I watch on the weekends. I aspire to be a pediatrician because I love children and want them to grow up healthy and safe. I have taken care of 5 kids at one time simply making sure that they are safe and sound. I went to a boarding school for three years and even thought it wasn’t my job I took care of the two little girls that were there since they were so young.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I used to take care of the neighborhood kids for years and would always make sure their parents got the rest that they needed. I also used to take care of some of the kids when I was in boarding school. I would make sure that they were up and ready for school, and I would check up on them during their classes to ensure that they are studying. I would also pick out their clothes and get them ready for dinner.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love arts and crafts especially ones without scissors. I always make sure to do what children would like to do as long as it is safe. I love coloring books and coloring with crazy colors. I play Roblox with my sibling so depending on if children are allowed to play video games or not then I would be up to it. I also love playing learning games such and ABC mouse or even Duolingo. I love watching educational videos with children and even Disney movies.

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure that the family trusts you, especially the parents. All parents would want to know that their children are in the hands of someone good and loving. Another important thing is gaining a good and healthy relationship with the children so that they feel comfortable with you.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when I was playing outside with two little girls and we laughed all day until we got tired and when they eventually fell asleep while we all told each other stories.
