For me, the most important part of being a nanny is helping the children grow and thrive in every aspect of their lives. I love creating a supportive, reliable environment where they feel confident to learn new skills, explore their interests, and reach their full potential. Ultimately, my goal is to be a trusted partner to the parents, working together to guide their little ones as they develop into kind, curious, and capable individuals.

My experience with special needs children...

In my time as a classroom teacher, I have had the privilege of working with many students who have special needs. This experience taught me how important it is to adapt to each child's unique learning style. My approach is to balance high expectations with deep understanding. I believe in holding them to a standard that proves to them what they are capable of achieving, while remaining incredibly patient and supportive when things get confusing or overwhelming for them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of my favorite moments from when I worked as an au pair were the times when the five-year-old I cared for grew completely comfortable with me. It was so special when he would happily initiate playtime on his own, and we would just end up laughing and having the absolute best time together. Building that kind of trust and connection is exactly why I love what I do!
