A little bit about me

Hello! I just finished my sophomore year at the University of Tampa and I am looking to babysit occasionally this school year! I am in Delta Gamma and the UTampa Wellness Society, where I hold an executive position in both organizations. I work part time at a daycare throughout the school year doing the aftercare program. In this program, I am responsible for taking care of a large group of kids that range from about 3-6. I also have experience nannying kids 5 months-13 years. I facilitate playground fun, crafts, and more to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment. I am extremely outgoing, active, responsible, and trustworthy, and love helping kids grow and learn! I am available weekdays and weekends throughout the year, and would love to get to know your family! Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do any fun and age-appropriate games and activities that will keep kids entertained. I like to do arts and crafts, specifically coloring, reading books, playing imaginative games, and playing outside with children. I also enjoy learning activities and helping out with homework, specifically anything reading and writing focused. I am always happy to adapt to any child's needs to make them feel safe, included, and, of course, happy!

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part about being a nanny is adapting to each kid's needs. Every child is different, and has different interests, and it is important to encourage and support what they enjoy to keep them engaged and happy. I want each kid to feel supported and comfortable, and be able to be their authentic selves under my supervision!
