The most important part is being a positive influence in the children’s lives. From a developmental standpoint, children benefit GREATLY from positive reinforcement/communication. From my experience, I’ve found that speaking to the children with kindness, acknowledging their good behavior, complimenting them, reminding them of their good qualities, and being an example of love helps the most. I love being able to be a positive influence in children’s lives!

I absolutely LOVE when babies fall asleep in my arms! But honestly, I love being with children of all different ages. My favorite thing is seeing children hit their milestones. I cared for a set of twin babies for 9 months and seeing them go from barely being able to sit up to walking was amazing!! I loved it so much!
