My most recent experience was working in a daycare with school age children but I occasionally was a substitute in the infant to toddler and preschoolers buildings as well! It was one of my favorite jobs I’ve had.

I think a lot of adults don’t really view kids as actual people so it’s extra important for nannies and treat children with respect and understanding like you would any other person. That treatment sticks with them as they grow older.
