I have done lots of volunter works when it comes to baby sitting kids, by my mom coworkers dropping of their kids to go to work at night. I was in charge of bathing them and making sure they are ready for school.

My experience with special needs children...
When in comes to special need kids I tend to not want to because I get too attached with special kids I tend to treat them like my siblings and alway want to do things for them which cause the kids to rely on me and not teaching them to be independent.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would be when someone's birthday comes I tend to surprise the child on there birthday. But my kids switched it around and surprised me on my birthday which brought a smile to my face.
