My younger cousin I cared for has autism and I've had to make sure that when he gets overstimulated that I have him talk his feeling out with me and communicate and make sure they have what's needed at every second whether it is a quiet space or something to focus on.

I spent my birthday watching a 4-year-old boy and we went outside and set up a blow-up pool and had a water gun fight and gad watermelon then walked the dogs to the park and spent the day just having fun outside
