The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe it's important to have fun whilst also teaching important lessons, like when to play and how to clean up afterwards. Discipline has no reason to be harsh, I personally take an educational route to promote positive behaviour and teach good problem solving and cognitive skills. I find this helps children recognize what is acceptable and inacceptable behaviour.
