More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a co-teacher for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th graders. I coached a recreational track team which was ages 6-18. I also coached a 7u basketball team. I have three little cousins (7,6, and 2) that I often babysit by myself and take various places. I currently babysit for a family with three kids (9,7, and 3).

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Any indoor games such as board games or hide and seek, etc. I love sports so I will never be opposed to going outside and playing any sport, going on walks, or taking them to a park.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters most is that the kid(s) you are taking care of know that you value your time there and care for them by spending real quality time together.

My experience with special needs children...

In high school, I worked with the special needs kids in our primary, elementary, middle, and high schools. Although I spent more time with the high school students, I did spend a good amount of time with the younger kids as well.
