There has to be trust between you and the children you’re nannying so they will respect you because they know you have respect for them. I also think it is very important to keep the kids active and also make sure the environment is always clean.

one sweet memory I have is when I was housesitting/ nannying for a weekend and the kids and I were playing mermaids in the pool and one of the kids told me I was the best babysitter ever and they wished I lived with them so I could play mermaids every day. It was so cute!
