My senior year of high school, I was babysitting for my hair dresser. At the time her youngest was 8, he desperately wanted chicken wings, but more specifically he wanted to learn how to make them. So, we set out all of the ingredients and went to work. Seeing how happy he was with the finished product was my favorite moment.
