A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Paloma Hernandez and I participated in a year-long internship at Pickens Technical College for early childhood education. (ECE [phone number hidden]) During my internship at Pickens, I worked with kids from infants-5 yr old at the child care center on Pickens campus. During the internship I helped prepare their snacks, help put them to sleep, sanitize their toys, played with them, and interacted with them. As well as working with kids, I've also taken Colorado shines training, done lesson plans, and I am CPR certified. I have interests in reading, exploring the outdoors, animals, drawing, and my family. Working with kids is something I've always been good at and something I've always wanted to do since a young age.
