I’m currently working full-time at a daycare, taking care of around 13 children. It’s been such a rewarding experience, I’m looking to transition into more one-on-one interactions where I can offer a more personal and meaningful experience in a more relaxed environment.
I really enjoy building strong connections with families and creating an environment where kids feel safe, loved, and free to explore. I’d describe myself as easygoing, patient, and creative, I love arts and crafts, outdoor play, and finding fun ways to help children learn and grow. I can also help with light cleaning, laundry, and simple meals if needed.
I’m bilingual in Spanish and English (Spanish is my first language), I’m CPR and First Aid certified.

I’d been in an exchange program when I just moved here that helps kids to learn and develop skills.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

The Indoor activities that i usually enjoy to do is Arts and Crafts, giving the kid the opportunity to develop creativity and at the same time learning that you can do awesome things with it. Dancing, singing, reading books, are good ones too!
When it’s outside time I love going to parks, going for a walk especially in certain seasons, like Halloween or Christmas, see how they react to do special activities, involve them in and just let them enjoy it. I also love playing with chalk, games like hide and seek, tags, etc
There’s a lot of activities to do!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Most important part of being a nanny is being responsible not only with your type of job but for a human life, kids would start to consider you as someone closer and being a nanny takes a lot of empathy, understanding the kid based on their needs is super important, not only physically (if he need to eat or help to be clean) but also emotionally, they just kids they don’t know how to manage emotions and is part of the nanny job to help them understand and how to handle those strongs feeling and most important how to regulate them.
Create beautiful memories with them is what I love, being part of their childhood is a precious thing to do and enjoy

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are whenever I know the kid is having a good time, I really enjoy the nature of how they do everything, that little curiosity for life is always filling me with joy and happiness. I love hearing them first words or laughing loud, just feels like my heart is melting because of them.
Teach them about nature, going outside and enjoy the day without screens is my favorite part. I feel like now days a lot of kids are not enjoying outside time like they should and for me is a must bc helps them a lot too to develop creativity and is not bad to catch some fresh air sometimes ☺️
