One of my favorite nanny memories was helping a shy child come out of their shell over the course of a summer. By the end, they were much more confident, eager to try new things, and excited to share their ideas. Watching children grow in confidence and knowing you've played a small part in that is one of the most rewarding aspects of childcare for me.
