A little bit about me

My name is Paola, and I am a native Brazilian fluent in Portuguese and English, with speak some Spanish. I hold a bachelor’s degree and currently work at a daycare in Clark, where I care for two-year-old children. In this role, I plan and lead daily activities and play-based learning experiences that support children’s development in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

I also have extensive volunteer experience as an assistant teacher at my church, where I worked with children from ages one to nine. My responsibilities included creating instructional materials, designing engaging classroom displays, and developing activities that promoted learning.

Additionally, I worked in Texas as a Kindergarten teacher in a bilingual English–Spanish classroom. I was responsible for teaching reading, writing, science, and math, and I managed a classroom of approximately 20 children.
