They just may need it in different ways or may need it a little more. Than the others but it's the nannys or teacher jobs to assets the situation and make a schedule to allow for those times to take place so that it doesn't interfer with what is going on with the other kids or classmates. Thats why it's important to know and understand the babies and kids you work with so you know their cries, whines, whimpers, aches, ailes etc. and what part of the day it's occuring at especially if you have already got them in there routine.
