One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when a little girl I cared for took her first steps while I was cheering her on. Her parents were at work, so I recorded the moment and sent it to them they were overjoyed! It reminded me how special it is to be part of a child’s milestones and how much trust families place in me. Moments like that make this work so meaningful and fulfilling.
