More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been babysitting and helping care for children for approximately 6 years. Most of my experience has been caring for my younger siblings, cousins, family members, and friends’ children. I’ve helped with supervising children, keeping them entertained, preparing simple meals or snacks, helping with routines, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, and how important it is to be attentive to each child.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing activities that keep children happy, comfortable, and engaged. Depending on their age and interests, I enjoy playing games, doing arts and crafts, reading books, watching age-appropriate shows or movies, going outside, and simply spending quality time with them. I also enjoy letting children be creative and encouraging them to learn and explore in a safe environment.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is making sure children feel safe, cared for, respected, and comfortable. A nanny needs to be responsible and dependable while also being patient and understanding. I also think communication with the parents is very important so everyone is on the same page and the children receive the best care possible.
My experience with special needs children...
I have not had extensive professional experience caring for children with special needs yet. However, I am patient, caring, and willing to learn about each child’s individual needs, routines, and preferences. I understand that every child is different, and I would always follow the family’s instructions and make sure the child feels safe, respected, and supported.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite parts of babysitting is seeing children become comfortable and happy around me. I especially enjoy the little moments when we’re playing, laughing, talking, or doing an activity together and I can see that they are having a good time. Those moments remind me why I enjoy caring for children so much.
