Hello! my name is Payton Lewis, I am a 19-year-old stay at home mom to a 14-month-old baby boy. I am currently looking for sitter or nanny jobs, since I stay home my schedule is pretty much completely open and flexible ! we live in a very clean, smoke free, bug free home in Fort Smith. we do have 1 Chihuahua that does amazing with kids. We have a bounce house, a ball pit, and all kinds of other toys, our home is basically a play ground.
