I currently work as a Childcare Teacher’s Aide at Prince George’s Employees Child Care Center, where I help care for children in a structured classroom setting. In this role, I assist with daily routines such as meals, outdoor play, learning activities, and transitions, while also supporting children’s emotional, social, and behavioral development. I observe and assess students, use positive reinforcement and redirection, and help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging environment.

I also completed a 3 year Child Development Program in high school, which gave me a strong foundation in how children grow, learn, and communicate. This training, combined with my hands-on daycare experience, allows me to understand children’s needs and respond with patience, kindness, and consistency.

I am naturally patient, nurturing, and responsible, and I take pride in creating an environment where children feel safe, heard, and supported. I am very attentive to safety, routines, and cleanliness.
