A little bit about me

Hi, I am Pema! I have been working with children ages 4-11 for the past three summers at Tree Frog Treks, a science and nature focused summer camp in San Francisco. In my role as Naturalist, I led groups of children in full days of exploring, productive play, and hands-on inquiry-based learning about science and nature in Golden Gate Park and throughout the city. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University with high honors in Dance and Environmental Studies. I am passionate about the environment and love engaging with kids outside. I also love anything creative, with a background in visual arts and musical theater, in addition to dance.
