More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
As a dedicated mother of two—an 18-year-old and an 8-year-old—I bring a wealth of real-world experience in child care. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of children’s emotional, educational, and physical needs. My approach is centered on creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment that encourages growth, creativity, and learning. Whether helping with schoolwork, organizing creative activities, or ensuring a nurturing atmosphere, I pride myself on providing reliable, top-tier care tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Creative arts and crafts (painting, drawing, DIY projects) to inspire creativity and fine motor skills.
Outdoor play like biking, hiking, or visiting parks to promote physical activity and fun.
Storytime and interactive reading to help develop language skills and imagination.
Educational games like puzzles or board games that combine fun and learning.
Science experiments (simple ones, like baking soda volcanoes) to spark curiosity and hands-on learning.
Cooking together – teaching them basic cooking skills while having fun in the kitchen.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting, supportive relationship with both the child and their family. It’s about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and understood. As a nanny, it’s not just about supervising; it’s about actively engaging with the child, helping them grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Being a nanny means being adaptable, compassionate and consistently reliable for the child and their family.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I helped a young child who was feeling shy and nervous about his first day of school. We spent the morning talking about all the exciting things he would learn and even made a special "good luck" bracelet to wear. When it was time to leave, he gave me a big hug, feeling confident and ready to start his adventure. The look of pride on his face when he returned home after school made me realize how much small acts of encouragement can build a child’s confidence and help him face new challenges with a smile.
