My name is Pheron and I love being involved in children's lives. I am a cheerleading coach for an All Star gym as well as an instructor for National Cheerleading Association. These platforms allow me to connect with children in various regions. I have experience in the classroom with children from ages 3-12 and I am in love with it. I have 3 years of experience of working with children with special needs. What's key to me is learning their daily living patterns and them as an individual. I have an innate ability to advocate for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves. It's important that I do anything I can allowing a child to learn, adapt, and grow through their daily experiences.
