Hello, my name is Phisline, I am 22 years old majoring in biology major and I speak three languages . I’ve lived in Maryland for about 6 years before I lived in Florida but my mother decided it was best we move to Maryland to be near family. As far as work experience I’ve worked for Benedictine certified DSP and hygiene specialist by the state , caring for kids who has intellectual mental disabilities . I helped them be independent , as far as learning to eat, outing on clothes, brushing teeth, and using the bathroom. My biggest accomplishment was caring for this 15 yr old who had a hard time learning to use the bathroom .he was use to using the diaper instead the toilet. Employees I worked with was scared to take chances but I wasn’t. I decided to removed the diaper and remind him to go use the toilet. It took a while with Patience but he learned to use the toilet .
