It’s not just about watching them it’s about building trust, being patient and supporting their growth every day. I think showing kindness and consistency helps kids feel secure and happy which makes a big difference.

This was when a child I was caring for finally learned to spell their name after we had been practicing together for a while. Seeing how proud they were and knowing I helped them reach that little milestone made me so happy. Moments like that remind me how rewarding it is to help kids learn and grow while having fun together.
