A little bit about me

Hi! My name's Priya! I'm an 18 year old senior in high school at Ardrey Kell High School. My absolute favorite hobbies is reading, but I also occasionally enjoy baking, especially chocolate ship cookies. I have babysat my neighbor's children on a couple of occasions in the past as well as their three dogs. That experience was very positive and now that I have more time, it's encouraged me to pursue this job. Though I don't have much experience babysitting I have much more experience working with kids. For example, I have been volunteering with the 2 and 3 year old kids and now the 3rd grader group at my church for the past about 5 years. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor with kids ranging from 5 to around 15 years old. Currently I also tutor a 6th grade girl in reading in writing. I love working with kids because of how big their imagination is. Kids have a way of making everything seem easier and can just light up a room.
