The most important part about being a nanny is trust! When a family trusts you with their children, they’re trusting you with their heart. Children deserve to feel loved and safe, and that comes with communication, respect, and responsibility to the people you work for.

I grew up with a nephew who has autism and would watch him a lot growing up. Although I don’t have experience with physical disabilities, I have a lot of knowledge in developmental disabilities and am patient and flexible with any child!
