Hi! My name is Rachael Vuich and I am a wife and mother to one little 16 month old little boy. I am looking to nanny at a position I can bring my son along to! I enjoy outdoor activities, arts and crafts, exploring, music, library time, and general exploring with children. I love the way their little eyes light up when they understand a new concept! I am also a gentle parent--that is, I follow gentle parenting practices of guidance and respect towards children while not allowing them to rule the roost. Examples of this approach include explaining why children are not allowed to do things when I say "no", offering choices whenever possible, and labeling/validating emotions.
