I love engaging children in creative activities that build both fine motor skills and imagination. Art is a favorite of mine—whether it’s painting, crafting, or exploring new materials, I always encourage children to express themselves. I also enjoy spending time outside, where we can run, explore nature, play games, and enjoy unstructured fun that supports physical development and curiosity. I believe in blending fun with learning and love seeing children light up when they discover something new through play.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting, respectful relationship with the child and their family. Children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported. As a nanny, I take seriously my role in nurturing their development, modeling positive behavior, and creating routines that help them feel secure and capable. I believe in open communication with families and showing up each day with patience, consistency, and a joyful heart.

My experience with special needs children...

I have supported a number of children with special needs through my roles as both a tutor and caregiver. While tutoring, I provided tailored academic support for students with diverse learning profiles, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and dyslexia. I also briefly worked as a respite care provider, where I helped a family by providing breaks from daily caregiving responsibilities for their neurodivergent child. My academic background includes coursework in child psychology and differentiated instruction, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding how to meet each child where they are with empathy and patience.
