"In addition to the basics – responsible, on time, appropriate, etc., Rachel is a great person to have around your kids. My kids loved her as she took them grocery shopping and on other errands, did art projects with them, helped them with homework, all those kinds of things. She is also a legitimate chef. My kids ate very well and she would often arrive at my house early enough for me to leave with something delicious for my drive to work. At my request on Fridays she would go through my refrigerator, throw out what needed to be thrown out, and then she would send me a compressive list of everything I needed in my kitchen from the store. As a single dad this was huge. Rachel remains my friend all these years later. She is a top-shelf person."
