A little bit about me

Hello everyone, I am Rachel Pickney. I am 24 y/o and was born and raised in San Diego. I am looking for new opportunities to grow and explore the world as I take a break from school. As a SoCal native, I love the beach and being outdoors in the sun. I am shy and quiet when I first meet new people but once I feel comfortable, I open up and my goofy, fun, lovable personality comes out! Ive been a nanny for 6 years and have worked with kids whose ages range from newborn to 13, from single children in their home to traveling with families. I also worked at an elementary schools after school program for 3 months right before covid hit, where there were 55 children and 4 teacher aids. I practice gentle parenting and love showing kids the world and watching them explore and have new experiences.
