I enjoy working with children of all ages. I am hands on, creative and love making crafts and DIY projects. Writing is my passion. I enjoy being outside going for walks and taking photos and staying busy.

I have been around children my whole life, I have over 15 years of experience working and caring for children. I am the oldest of 5 siblings with four younger brothers.

I do not drive. I am able to help by cooking, cleaning, food prep, pet sitting, homework, crafts, activities and more. I have some experience working with children with special need's. I have cared for children with ADHD.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked for the Library for over 5 years. I did various activities with the kids from crafts, story time, movie days and so much more! I also worked for the Boys and Girls Club working with children daily doing crafts with learning activities. I've babysat for many friends. I also helped with my four younger siblings growing up, my friends younger siblings and my nephews.
I like to babysit on my spare time and love it.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

My favorite activity is playing outdoor scavenger hunts with the kids, it keeps them aware of their surroundings.
I spend a lot of time at the library with my nephew. We love to build castles, hunt dinosaurs and train them.
Activities engaging kids with their imagination and making them think.
Science experiments such as slime, home made lava lamp, ice cream etc.
Hands on learning activities depending on the ages.
I love showing the kids the little things outside that most people take for granted and don't even notice.
I also enjoy cooking, walking, biking, crafts, reading, homework and much more!

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me it is important to communicate with the kids and the parents and getting to know each other. Its important to know so I can help them learn and understand them better.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite memories as a nanny is when i was watching these 2 young girls and the one girl picked her olives out of her lunch and gave them to her sister because she LOVES olives so much! I love watching kids do the silliest but sweetest things and it never fails.

Another is when i was watching my nephew trying to get him to poop in the toilet, I decided to show him mine to help encourage him and he tells me I can get a potty prize for pooping in the toilet.... Love this kid.
